School Bus Passes for FVG Residents

The Friuli Venezia Giulia Region has also reconfirmed for the academic year 2023/2024 the discounted travel title called "School Residents FVG Bus Pass" which allows a saving of 50% compared to the basic fare of the annual school bus pass.

The travel ticket is reserved for students:

• officially residing in the regional territory
• not older than 26 years (subscription is possible until the day before the 27th birthday)
• Users of bus passes for local urban, suburban or mixed public transport services in Friuli Venezia Giulia, exclusively for routes related, in whole or in part, to the home-school journey.

Starting from Monday, July 10, 2023, it will be possible to submit the request for concession exclusively online through the Web Purchase portal, where it will be necessary to self-certify the existence of the requirements for the subsequent purchase of the discounted bus pass.
Web Purchase is the unique portal provided by TPL FVG where you can purchase bus passes for the services offered and submit requests and self-certifications for refunds or concessions. To access the section, you need to register (for those who are already registered, it will be enough to enter the usual credentials).
This year, to facilitate families in submitting the application, it will be possible to access the services through SPID and CIE. Access through digital identification will allow immediate validation of the application and it will not be necessary to print and attach any document at the time of presentation of the self-certification.

The request for a discount can be submitted until October 23, 2023. For a quick processing and confirmation of the procedure, it is recommended to carry out the process - which does not involve any expense - well in advance of the purchase of the bus pass.

The FVG resident school bus passes will be available for purchase from August 21 until October 31, 2023.

> The submission and acceptance of the application for tariff reduction is in no way binding to the subsequent purchase of the annual FVG residents' bus pass. At the time of the travel ticket purchase, the right to the concession may or may not be exercised, and therefore other types of renewal may be subscribed to.

Furthermore, the commercial promotion named Family Formula is confirmed, which provides, for purchases of bus passes of equal duration, the application of a 20% discount on the second bus pass, 50% on the third, and 70% on the fourth and subsequent ones. The discounts of the Family Formula can be combined with the 50% reduction on the FVG resident school bus pass.

Please remember that, in accordance with the Family Formula discount, the regular 10-month school bus pass becomes purchasable also by workers, housewives, retirees, or anyone who requests it, without age limits. This change will allow all members of the same family unit to benefit from the discounts and benefits provided.

To access the discounts of the Family Formula, as well as for the FVG resident school bus pass, it is necessary to register online and fill out the appropriate self-certification, through the guided procedure.

Once the procedure is completed, bus passes can be purchased at all Core and Active ticket offices of TPL FVG or online through the portal Web Purchase.

For assistance and to request information, you can contact the TPL FVG Customer Service as the direct point of reference of the consortium to resolve various issues as quickly as possible. Operators are available from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
